In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the merryph23 website, mobile site, and all associated gaming services available at merryph23.vip.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the merryph23 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your merryph23 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by merryph23 before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

To register and use the merryph23 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the merryph23 Platform.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of merryph23 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of merryph23 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the merryph23 Platform or any other gaming platform operated by merryph23's affiliates.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

merryph23 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each individual may hold only one (1) merryph23 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

merryph23 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your merryph23 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.

merryph23 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to merryph23 support immediately.

You must notify merryph23 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. merryph23 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

merryph23 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature is available in your account security settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.

merryph23 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). merryph23 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.

All funds deposited into your merryph23 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

merryph23 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. merryph23 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. You must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. merryph23 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.

merryph23 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times. merryph23 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

merryph23 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies its wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit (where applicable), time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time period. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit.
• merryph23 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

All games available on the merryph23 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology. merryph23 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any wager placed will be returned to your Account Balance.
• merryph23 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, misconfiguration, or exploit.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome. Disputes regarding live dealer results must be submitted to merryph23 support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the merryph23 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live dealer games.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing merryph23 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your merryph23 Account.

merryph23 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the merryph23 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

merryph23 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, without prior notice.

All content on the merryph23 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of merryph23 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the merryph23 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of merryph23.

The merryph23 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of merryph23. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, merryph23 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

merryph23's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

merryph23 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude merryph23's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

merryph23 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used by or on behalf of an underage individual.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon account closure for cause, merryph23 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting merryph23 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

merryph23 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, merryph23 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the merryph23 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and merryph23, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting merryph23 support. merryph23 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
